Get in Touch for a Consultation

Starting therapy is a personal decision and it’s important that you feel comfortable with your therapist.
I provide an initial consultation where we can discuss your therapy requirements in more detail. This is also a good opportunity to explore whether we would be a good fit to work together.

What to Expect from the Consultation

A Chance to Ask Questions

We'll talk briefly about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to gain from treatment. This is your opportunity to find out more about how I work, and what you can expect from therapy with me.

Space to Discuss Your Needs

We’ll reflect on what feels most important to you right now, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy.

No Obligation to Book

The initial consultation is completely free and without pressure, you can take time to decide if this feels like the right fit for you.

Session Fees

Following your consultation, online video sessions are £100-£125 per 50-minute session, depending on the type and length of therapy.

I am an accredited provider with Aetna, Aviva, AXA PPP, BUPA, Cigna and Evernorth, Nuffield Health, SAGA and WPA.
